Awkwafina
Awkwafina was an American actor and singer, began with funny raps, which dealt with the racial and sexual identities of people. Before expanding into Hollywood she came out with several rap tracks. Nora Lum, born in Forest Hills Queens to Chinese and Korean immigrants, was her first musical encounter. She played the trumpet. Also, she received Jazz and classical training before becoming a hip-hop teenager. Concentrating on school she majored in journalism and women's studies in college even learning Mandarin in Beijing for a time. Her focus was not on music until she graduated. In 2012 her track My Vag a response to Mickey Avalon's My Dick found viral success through the Internet which led to her debut album Yellow Ranger in 2014. Some other hits that went viral included queef track and the equally winking NYC Bitchethe hometown tour for $. The track also appeared in Awkwafina's NYC Travel Guide, which was published in the year 2015. A musician and an author were among her accomplishments, she determined to pursue the role of a third-party actor. As well as early shows such as Girl Code and Tawk she was also in films such as Neighbors 2 Storks as well as Bad Rap. In 2018 she scored breakout roles in a handful of notable films, including Dude Ocean's 8.8 and Crazy Rich Asians. That June she issued the EP In Fina We Trust.
